Consultation Workshop on VET teachers and Trainers
in Bremen, Thursday – Friday 25.6.-26.6.2009
You have received an invitation to the European Consultation Workshop that takes place at ITB, University of Bremen. Here some information on travel, on the travel costs and on the hotel accommodation.
1. How to get there?
The participants are expected to book their flights or train trips themselves and use the most economic routes. Bremen has airport with good connections. You can also use Hamburg or Hannover as options. Then you would arrive to Bremen by train.
The tram number 6 runs from the Airport /Flughafen) to the University (Universität). There are three tram stops in the university area, please continue to the final station (Klagenfurter Strasse). The hotel(s) we recommend are on this tram route and near to the tram stop of the Central railway station (Hauptbahnhof).
2. Who covers the costs for travel and accommodation?
The travel costs and costs for hotel accommodation are covered by the organiser (ITB, University of Bremen). During the workshop the participants will fill a reimbursement form. The participants need to send their flight coupons and/or train tickets and their hotel invoices to ITB to justify the costs.
NOTE: If this arrangement is in contradiction with the travel policy of your organisation, please contact us:
