Participants will be booked into the Hilton Hotel, Newport.  Breakfast will also be provided.  Please click on the link below to access further information.

Transport will provided from the hotel in the morning and from the University to the hotel in the evenings.  Times will be confirmed on arrival and there will be notices in the hotel lobby and the university reception area.

On arrival at the University participants should meet at the reception area of the Main Building, University of Wales, Caerleon Campus, Newport.
